1. Acceptable Use

OSINT.Foundation provides access to publicly available profile data. You may not use this service for harassment, stalking, doxing, or any illegal purpose. All data returned is publicly accessible without authentication on the respective platforms.

2. No Warranty

Data accuracy is not guaranteed. Profile data is scraped from public sources which may change without notice. Use at your own risk.

3. Rate Limits & Quotas

Each plan includes a monthly request quota. Exceeding your quota requires an upgrade. Unused requests do not roll over.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Platform Affiliation

OSINT.Foundation is not affiliated with Snap Inc., TikTok, Meta, X Corp., GitHub, Google, or Telegram.
